ABOUT ME

I wish I could say that I get to bake every single day - BUT - there is another love in my life (other than my Siberian Husky!) My first love is my career in Nuclear Medicine. I've been in the field for almost 10 years, and I am SO lucky that I get to do something I am passionate about each and every day.  Taking care of patients is by far one of the most rewarding things I'll ever get to do in my life!

Now - Macarons.  Anyone that knows me well, knows that I am a bit, OK a lot OCD.  So making macarons is the perfect fit for someone who strives for perfection in just about everything!  I am self taught- I have tried many different recipes, and from those recipes, I have been able to formulate my own!  My macarons are different from a traditional macaron just based off of appearance.  I like to put my own spin on most things, and these are no exception.  They allow me to be creative, which is something I don't get to do often working in healthcare.

I am always open to flavor suggestions and decorative ideas!  Please don't hesitate to ask me anything! I will always respond as quickly as I can!
